Retail Credit Union New Member Prize Draw

1. Promoter

The promoter is Retail Credit Union, part of Penny Post Credit Union Group. Registered office: Penny Post Credit Union, North West Midlands Mail Centre, Sun Street, Wolverhampton, WV1 1AA.

2. Eligibility

2.1. The promotion is open to new Retail Credit Union members only.

2.2. Entrants must be eligible for membership through the retail employment common bond.

2.3. Participants must be aged 18 or over.

2.4. Employees, directors, and volunteers of the Promoter (and their immediate families) are not eligible to enter.

2.5. Only one entry per person is permitted.

2.6. To be eligible for the prize draw, entrants must hold an active savings account and have saved via direct debit or payroll deduction with Retail Credit Union for a minimum of three consecutive months following account opening.

3. Promotion Period

3.1. The promotion opens at 12:00 on 29/02/26 and closes at 23:59 on 31/03/26 (the Promotion Period).

3.2. Entries received outside this period will not be included in the draw.

3.3. Eligible entries will be confirmed following the three-month saving period.

4. How to Enter

4.1. To enter, participants must successfully open a new Retail Credit Union membership and savings account during the Promotion Period.

4.2. No purchase is required to enter the prize draw.

4.3. Each eligible new membership counts as one entry, subject to meeting the eligibility criteria set out in section 2.

4.4. Automated, bulk, or third-party entries will be disqualified.

5. Prize

5.1. The prize is £100 credited directly into the winner’s Retail Credit Union savings account.

5.2. There will be one winner.

5.3. The prize is non-transferable and no cash or alternative prize is available.

5.4. The Promoter is not responsible for any tax implications arising from receipt of the prize.

6. Winner Selection

6.1. All eligible entries that meet the saving requirement will be entered into a random draw.

6.2. The draw will take place in July 2026, following completion of the three-month saving period.

6.3. The draw will be conducted using a demonstrably random process.

7. Winner Notification

7.1. The winner will be contacted using the contact details provided at account opening.

7.2. The winner must respond within 5 working days of being contacted.

7.3. If the winner does not respond within this timeframe, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner using the same random draw process.

7.4. The prize will be credited to the winner’s savings account shortly after confirmation.

8. Publicity

8.1. The Promoter may use the winner’s first name and initial of surname for promotional purposes.

8.2. The winner may refuse consent without affecting their entitlement to the prize.

9. Data Protection

9.1. Personal data will be processed in accordance with UK data protection law.

9.2. Data will be used solely for administering the promotion and managing credit union membership.

10. General

10.1. The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the promotion where necessary due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

10.2. The Promoter’s decision is final in all matters relating to the promotion.

10.3. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for lost, incomplete, or delayed entries due to technical issues.
