Annual General Meeting 2023

We are pleased to invite you to attend our Annual General Meeting at 11am on Sunday 26th March 2023. This will be a virtual online meeting, so if you would like to attend, please click here to reserve a place no later than Friday 24th March.

Our AGM is your opportunity to have your say as a shareholder and hear what we’ve achieved over the last financial year, from 1st October 2021 to 30th September 2022.

You will have the opportunity to –

  • Hear reports from our President & CEO about our achievements
  • Vote on the proposed dividend*
  • Vote on the proposed rule change
  • Elect the Board of Directors
  • Have your say on credit union matters

All members attending the AGM will be entered into our AGM Prize Draw, with one lucky member winning a £100 Gift Card.

Once again, we will be using the GoToWebinar platform for the virtual AGM, hosted by ABCUL, the Association of British Credit Unions. ABCUL will manage the Webinar, as they have done for many other credit unions across the UK. There is no cost to take part, and the AGM will last approximately one hour.

If you would like to attend, please click here to ‘register’ with ABCUL before the meeting, and no later than Friday 24th March. Simply enter your First Name, Last Name, Email & Membership Number, then press the blue ‘Register’ button. You will receive a confirmation email immediately, from Jackie Littlewood at ABCUL, with a link to join the meeting.

All members registered will receive a meeting link ahead of the meeting, along with a link to supporting documents including our Annual Report.

*As Voyager Alliance and Retail CU members joined the Penny Post Group part way through the financial year, they will receive dividends** on a pro-rata basis for the period from 1st February to 30th September 2022.

**Dividends are not guaranteed. The rate payable is dependent on financial performance and voted on by members at the Annual General Meeting.
